Their proportions in this Cuvée, which presents a bright orange color, are carefully balanced: the refined tangy note of apple courts and ennobles the earthy flavor of carrot. The sweet nuances of both balance the contrasts, giving the beverage a unique and pleasant taste. Particularly recommended: with Asian dishes and cheeses.
